    SHIPPING POLICY

    At Hammatime Collection, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your timepiece. All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with overnight delivery, fully insured, and requiring a signature upon receipt. We partner with IFS Insured Shipping and Jewelers Mutual Shipping Solution to ensure that every shipment is protected against damage, theft, or loss during transit.

    Damaged, Stolen, or Altered Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is compromised, we will work closely with the insurance providers to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the outcome of their investigation.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and transit times vary depending on the destination. We recommend that clients contact us directly to inquire about shipping costs, country availability, and any specific requirements for their location. Please note that all international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
